Georgia is one of the top 3 feature film and TV filming destinations in the world, with more than 400 productions filmed annually. Gwinnett County is the thriving hub for three studios, including OFS, Eagle Rock TV Studios and Eagle Rock Skyland. We’re adjacent (three miles away) from NBC Universal’s Assembly Studios, as well as Third Rail.
We’re home to TV shows including Reasonable Doubt, Teacup and Will Trent. The towering warehouses, studio stages and and massive backlot at OFS Studios have been home to Black Panther I and II, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Endgame, Godzilla, the Fast and Furious series, and dozens of others.
Our locations run the gamut - Victorian homes, historic downtowns, expansive parks, historic downtowns, high schools, over 50 park facilities, detention centers, an empty mall and more. The
